Hockey coach Sudhir Golla has rejected allegations made by former India captain Asunta Lakra. Golla stated the accusations are baseless and demanded a fair inquiry into the matter. He denied entering a hostel and intimidating young women players as alleged. Golla questioned the basis of complaints which led to his previous removals. He welcomed an investigation and requested an opportunity to present his side.
