Two men were arrested for robbing a UPSC aspirant of his mobile phone. Their arrest helped police solve four other cases including robbery and theft. The accused confessed to stealing a scooter to commit the Timarpur robbery. Police recovered the robbed mobile phone and the stolen scooter. The duo was involved in multiple previous cases of theft and robbery.
