A 26-year-old woman’s death by suicide, just 45 days after her wedding, has led to the arrest of her doctor husband and in-laws. Her family alleges dowry harassment, physical abuse, and constant surveillance via CCTV cameras installed in the home. Police have registered a case of cruelty and abetment of suicide.
