IIT Kanpur has launched B.Cyber., a specialised undergraduate programme aimed at preparing students for careers in cybersecurity at a time when digital threats are rising worldwide. The course combines academic learning with practical training and features a unique admission process that includes JEE Main-based shortlisting, evaluation of cybersecurity work, and a hackathon to identify students with strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
