A young woman’s quest for clearer skin turned into a painful ordeal after a laser treatment at V-Care Skin Clinic allegedly went awry. The consumer court found the clinic negligent, ordering a Rs 2 lakh compensation for the botched procedure that led to severe acne and distress. The clinic must also refund the initial treatment cost.
