YouTube is bringing back its in-app messaging feature. Users can now share videos and chat directly on the platform. This capability was previously removed in 2019. The feature is expanding to the US, UK, Brazil, and Singapore. It allows users aged 18 and older to connect over videos. Users invite others via a unique URL.
