Police arrested a 25-year-old man recently returned from New Zealand. This arrest brings the total accused in the case to twenty-one. The accused allegedly sexually assaulted the minor victim at the hotel. Authorities continue raids to apprehend several other absconding individuals. Actions are also being considered against other hotels linked to the crime.
