Doctors successfully treated a rare cervical ectopic pregnancy in a first-time mother. Advanced interventional radiology and a multidisciplinary approach averted a medical emergency. An intrasac methotrexate therapy was administered, followed by embolisation of blood vessels. Pregnancy tissue was then carefully removed from the cervical canal. The patient recovered well and her fertility was preserved for future pregnancies.
