US-based Saicon Consultants has acquired Nagpur-based Pragmatyc Group to boost its AI and AIoT services. This strategic move aims to integrate physical operations and enterprise data for improved efficiency. The acquisition follows Saicon’s previous purchases of SilverSearch and Valethi Technologies. Saicon’s CEO stated the deal strengthens enterprise AI and AIoT offerings for clients. Pragmatyc’s CEO noted the partnership expands global reach for AI solutions.
