Renowned singer S. Janaki, who touched hearts across generations, has departed at 88, leaving behind an extensive catalog of over 48,000 songs in more than twenty languages. The news was shared by her granddaughter on social media, and a public viewing is set to take place at Maharaja College Grounds prior to the state honours presented at her funeral.
