Roblox has launched its age-based Kids and Select accounts in India, part of a global rollout announced June 17. The system sorts under-16 users into tiers matching games, chat, and controls to their age, verified through ID or facial age checks. Roblox Kids (ages 5-8) disables chat by default, while Select (9-15) loosens limits gradually. Parents gain expanded blocking, screen-time, and spending controls until 16.
