The Bombay High Court has denied ILS Law College immediate relief in its challenge against Savitribai Phule Pune University’s drastic reduction of “other fees” for its LLB courses. The college sought to collect higher fees during admissions, but the court suggested informing the CET Cell of the university’s fixed fee and pursuing recovery later if successful. The dispute arose from allegations of unapproved fee collection.
