One railway line between Thakurwadi Cabin and Monkey Hill has been cleared. This allows temporary train movement between Pune and Mumbai with speed restrictions. Some diverted trains are returning to their original routes as work continues. Restoration of the remaining two lines is still underway. Normal train services are expected to resume by this afternoon or evening.
