Max Holloway has revealed that he urged the referee to stop his UFC 329 fight against Conor McGregor after noticing the Irish star was seriously injured. Their highly anticipated main event lasted only 69 seconds before referee Mike Beltran waved off the contest following McGregor’s knee injury. The former featherweight champion later explained that seeing McGregor’s family sitting cageside influenced his decision.
