Lava has launched the Smart 4 Plus, the first phone in its new Smart series, at Rs 9,999. The budget device packs a 6.75-inch HD+ display, a UNISOC 9863A chip with 4GB RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery. It carries an IP64 rating, Band 28 support, a 13MP dual rear camera, and runs Android 15 Go with two years of security updates.
