JKBOPEE has opened the JKCET 2026 Round 3 mop-up counselling from July 3 to July 5 for admissions to BE and BTech programmes across engineering colleges in Jammu and Kashmir. The round seeks to fill vacant seats left after earlier counselling phases, while allowing eligible candidates to secure fresh allotments or seek upgrades under the prescribed admission rules.
