ITAT pardons 13-yr delay, revives SoBo society’s tax-benefit claim

A housing society in Mumbai breathed a sigh of relief as a tribunal recognized their long-standing tax appeal, despite a 13-year delay. The Rs 13.77 lakh deduction claim under Section 80P is set for a fresh review after being reinstated.
