Erling Haaland’s girlfriend is Isabel Haugseng Johansen, a fellow Norwegian who also played youth football at Bryne FK. The two grew up in the same town and knew each other from childhood but began dating around 2021. Haaland later revealed that Johansen made the first move. The couple welcomed their first child, a son, in December 2024.
