A Special Investigation Team has submitted its initial report to the UP government concerning alleged embezzlement of donations at the Ram temple. The probe, initiated due to theft and misappropriation allegations, examined donation handling and financial systems. The SIT recommended improvements in transparency and accountability, including appointing a CEO, similar to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple model. Preliminary findings may be presented to the Chief Minister for further action.
