The Enforcement Directorate has summoned Veena T, daughter of former Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan, for questioning on June 17 regarding a money laundering probe. The investigation centers on allegations that minerals company CMRL paid Rs 2.78 crore to Veena’s IT firm, Exalogic Solutions, without services rendered. The ED suspects ‘proceeds of crime’ were generated through these transactions.
