Central Railway is boosting AC local services between CSMT and Kalyan, adding 12 new trains to its main line. This expansion, bringing the total AC services to 120 across CR, aims to enhance commuter safety and comfort with features like automatic doors. Some existing non-AC trains will be replaced, with new services scheduled for peak hours to better serve daily travelers.
