Britain has crowned the vibrant Peacock butterfly its favorite in a nationwide poll. This stunning, common species, known for its eye-catching wing patterns, topped the list of 60 native butterflies. The poll revealed a public preference for colorful, familiar garden visitors over rarer, more elusive species, with the Orange-tip and Red Admiral also making the top five.
