A new domestic passenger terminal at Thanjavur Air Force Station is a step closer to reality with Airports Authority of India approving the design. The project, estimated at ₹100 crore, will utilize the existing runway and ATC tower. This development aims to boost regional air connectivity, serving key tourism and educational hubs in the Cauvery delta districts.
