Spanish biologist Jesus Ortea has named a newly discovered sea snail species Aldisa vozinha after Cape Verde goalkeeper Vozinha. The decision was inspired by the goalkeeper’s impressive performances during the World Cup, especially against Spain. Ortea, who has previously named species after football figures, said the snail’s name and red color were chosen as a tribute to the Cape Verde star.
