Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders veteran Ava Lahey is balancing the demands of training camp with planning her 2027 wedding to MMA fighter Tyger Vaniter. Entering her third season, Lahey credits strong time management and support from teammates for helping her manage both responsibilities.
