Nashik’s municipal authorities are set to undertake a comprehensive survey of 1,500 km of deteriorating internal roads requiring urgent repair, with an estimated cost exceeding Rs 1,500 crore. Under the guidance of Municipal Commissioner Manisha Khatri, a division-wise assessment will be conducted to draft a proposal for state funding, directly addressing persistent public grievances regarding the neglected road infrastructure that has been in disrepair for more than ten years.
