Promised shipping jobs, took Rs 1.73 crore: 8 booked in Navi Mumbai scam

A case has been registered by Thane Police against eight suspects, including owners and personnel from a shipping firm, for allegedly conning 75 job applicants out of over Rs 1.73 crore.
