A 32-year-old construction worker from West Bengal has been arrested by Vandalur All Women Police for the sexual abuse of a 10-year-old girl in Manimangalam. The accused, Jaidhan Mandal, lured the child to a secluded spot. The girl escaped and informed her family, leading to Mandal’s apprehension by residents before police intervention. He faces charges under the POCSO Act.
