Five young men died and three were critically injured in a road accident. Their speeding Scorpio SUV collided with a trailer on the Barmer-Jodhpur National Highway. The victims were returning from Jodhpur after visiting a temple when the crash occurred. Local residents and motorists assisted in rescuing the trapped occupants from the mangled vehicle. Police are investigating the cause of the accident and examining available evidence.
